Void Score Assessment

Independent rating for AI systems. Open methodology. Standardized scorecard. The same instrument that scored 86+ platforms in peer-reviewed research scores yours for regulatory compliance.

S&P FOR AI — METHODOLOGY OPEN, RATINGS ARE THE PRODUCT
EU AI Act — Annex III

High-risk AI enforcement begins 2 August 2026. Profiling exception (Art 6(3)) eliminates derogation escape for credit scoring, hiring, and EdTech AI.

Penalty exposure
€15M / 3%

High-risk non-compliance. Prohibited practices (already in force): €35M / 7% of global turnover. Independent assessment reduces exposure.

Certified vs Declined

Not every platform can be certified. The methodology is public. The thresholds are fixed. A high score is not a sales opportunity — it's a structural finding.

VOID INDEX CERTIFIED

Score ≤ 4/12

No active void conditions. Opacity is dissoluble. No D2/D3 drift markers. Eligible for certification badge and continuous monitoring. Free commercial license under MoreRight License v1.0.

HARD DECLINE

Score ≥ 10/12 or systematic D3

Cannot license at any price. No certification available. The assessment is delivered — the score is published — but no business relationship continues. This is a structural commitment, not a sales tactic.

Score 5–7: certified with conditions. Score 8–9: may be declined, 5× pricing (Void Premium). Full policy: Certification Lifecycle.
