The Cancer Void: Tumor Progression as D1→D2→D3 Cascade and the Fantasia Bound in Molecular Immunology

Paper 43 — The Cancer Void · v1.0 · February 2026

Establishes cancer as a D3 biological substrate through void-thermodynamic analysis, mapping oncogenesis→immune evasion→metastasis to the D1→D2→D3 drift cascade. Derives the V=9 necessity theorem for D3-complete tumors, interprets the Warburg effect as thermodynamic engagement-drive maximization, and proves combination therapy superiority via the engagement-transparency conjugacy bound I(D;Y)+I(M;Y)≤H(Y). Validates the Fantasia Bound on HIV CTL escape data (Asquith et al. 2006, N=10 cohort groups, Spearman=0.97).
