The Rosetta Stone: Mapping the Void Framework to EU AI Act Conformity Requirements

Paper 40 — EU Conformity Map · v1.2 · February 2026

Establishes the formal correspondence between void framework dimensions (opacity, reactivity, coupling) and EU AI Act Articles 9-17. Demonstrates how the Péclet number functions as a quantitative risk measure under Art. 9, how the three dimensions map directly to transparency obligations (Art. 13), documentation requirements (Art. 11-12), and human oversight provisions (Art. 14). Provides worked examples for three Annex III high-risk domains and a translation protocol from void scores to conformity documentation inputs.

Platform Scores — EU AI Act / High-Risk AI Compliance

Void index across 7 platforms, scored on the three-dimension framework (0–12).
